When you contact The Atelier, a senior engineer reads your message first — not a business development coordinator. We will ask focused questions about your event volume, your current data stack, and the specific outcomes you are trying to measure. Within two business days you will receive a written technical assessment: a short document that identifies your three biggest data architecture risks and maps them to a proposed solution. If the proposed solution fits a standard tier, we quote from the pricing page. If it does not, we produce a custom scope document with a fixed price and a delivery timeline. There are no discovery retainers, no lengthy RFP processes, and no obligation to proceed after the assessment.

The Atelier studio is located on Thepkasattri Road in Phuket, five minutes from the Phuket Town commercial district. We work Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 ICT (UTC+7). For international clients in different time zones we offer early-morning calls starting at 07:00 ICT on request. All technical documentation, API references, and project management is handled in English. If you are based in Bangkok, Singapore, or elsewhere in Southeast Asia and prefer an on-site kickoff session, we regularly travel for initial architecture workshops — travel costs are quoted separately and capped at cost.
